Screentear Events is proud to bring a fresh and immersive style of Comic Convention to Brighton, celebrating the epic cosplay, creative and fan communities that make our world of pop culture so special.
As you step inside Brighton Dome, you’ll enter the venue’s brand-new exhibition space, the Corn Exchange.
Our main showroom is packed with incredible artists, creators, traders and exhibitors, offering everything from unique artwork and handmade creations to collectibles, memorabilia and more.
Continue your journey through the venue and you’ll discover the Galactic Fan Zone, where the world-famous UK Star Wars community awaits. Prepare to encounter an incredible collection of characters, costumes, displays and immersive experiences from across the galaxy. And that’s not all…
Head upstairs, where you’ll find our line-up of special guests from the worlds of film and television. Meet your favourite stars, grab an autograph, have a photo taken and share a moment with the people behind some of the characters you know and love.

PIXELFALLS
PIXELFALLS is a new retro-inspired game creation tool and platform designed to give creators everything they need to build, publish and play 2D games.
Built with accessibility and creativity in mind, PIXELFALLS aims to make game development more approachable while embracing the charm and creativity of classic retro gaming.
But PIXELFALLS doesn't stop at the software. Alongside the platform, a dedicated Raspberry Pi-based gaming system is being developed to allow players to experience games created through PIXELFALLS as physical releases. A working prototype of the system is already up and running, bringing the project one step closer to creating a complete ecosystem for independent game creators and retro gaming enthusiasts.
A Passion for Retro Gaming
PIXELFALLS is a genuine passion project, combining game development, hardware and a love of retro gaming into one exciting platform.
The project is being developed with the goal of giving creators a place to make their own games, share them with others and ultimately see their creations come to life as playable physical experiences.
Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the PIXELFALLS platform, see the Raspberry Pi gaming system in action and learn more about the journey behind the project.
DICE SALOON
One of the UK’s largest gaming centres is joining us at Brighton & Hove Comic Con, bringing a range of games, communities and interactive experiences to the show floor.
Based in Brighton, their dedicated gaming venue combines a retail storefront with Brighton’s only board-gaming café.
Throughout the weekend, they’ll be hosting a live game demo area, giving visitors the chance to get involved, discover new games and experience the community for themselves.
Dice Saloon often run events covering a wide range of gaming systems and communities, their mission is simple: to provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can come together, play and have fun.

Step behind the scenes of an independent Star Wars fan film with Studio1285.
Created in the UK with a fan-funded budget, this ambitious short film explores the untold origin story of Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati, following the fallout of Order 66.
The talented filmmakers behind Studio1285 will be joining us on the show floor throughout the weekend, giving visitors the chance to discover what goes into bringing a fan-made production to life.

Meet the world famous UK Star Wars costuming community. Featuring core clans from the UK Star Wars Cosplay Collective, step into an immersive experience from a galaxy far far away....

Firestorm Mandos
The Firestorm Mando's are a Mandalorian Tribe that attend numerous events during the year. Featuring unique props and set pieces, the firestorm Mando's are best known for their unique sigil and remarkable cosplayers.
Kemir'a Clan
Lucasfilm recognised Kemir'a Clan is perhaps one of the UK's most famous costuming groups. Commanded by "the Clone Mandalorian", Kemir'a Clan has made numerous appearances at film premieres, and continues to attend some of the UK's largest events.
UKSWCC
The UK Star Wars Cosplay Collective (UKSWCC) is a massive collaboration between some of the country's leading cosplay groups.
Its purpose is to promote unification, collaboration and to help the Star Wars community grow.
